Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using AppSceno at appsceno.com. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of AppSceno, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
Description of Service
AppSceno is a web-based tool that enables app developers and marketers to create, customize, and export professional app store screenshots for iOS and Android applications. The Service includes:
- A drag-and-drop canvas editor for composing screenshot layouts
- Device frame overlays (iPhone, iPad, Android)
- Background customization tools — colors, gradients, images
- Typography and text overlay tools
- Export functionality for PNG/JPEG files for App Store and Google Play
- Project and slide management for organizing multiple screenshot sets
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
To use AppSceno, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately at contact@appsceno.com of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 3 projects with core screenshot generation features. Free plan features are subject to change.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan unlocks unlimited projects, advanced features, and priority access to new tools.
Monthly
$5 / ₹199
per month · USD or INR based on location
Annual
$29 / ₹1,500
per year · ~$2.42 or ~₹125/mo
Prices are shown in USD (global) or INR (India) based on your location at the time of purchase. INR prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice to existing subscribers.
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment Terms
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods made available by Razorpay — credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Available methods may vary based on your location and bank.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan. You will be notified by email and given an opportunity to update your payment method.
Refund Policy
New subscriptions
Full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
Renewals
Considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
Partial periods
No prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
To request a refund, email contact@appsceno.com with your registered email and order details. Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account reverts to the Free plan at period end
- Your projects and data are retained, subject to Free plan limitations

Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all screenshots and images you upload or create. We do not claim any IP rights over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
AppSceno Platform
The AppSceno platform — software, design, templates, graphics, logos, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of AppSceno. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part without prior written consent.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AppSceno to:
- Upload or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious files or code designed to harm our systems or other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
- Use automated bots or scrapers without our written permission
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSCENO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppSceno and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We decide to discontinue the Service
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution survive termination.
Changes to Terms
When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date on this page
- Notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at contact@appsceno.com to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India and proceedings shall be in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, we have designated a Grievance Officer:
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AppSceno.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
